Cost for veneered aluminium is driven by the product form, panel size, quantity, veneer reference and delivery destination. Send the information you have; details that are not yet decided can be identified during the enquiry. Each of these cost drivers is listed below, so the quotation can be prepared on the right basis.
Information to Include
Product form: sheet, profile, honeycomb panel or joinery component. Application: wall, ceiling, column, screen or joinery. Dimensions with units, including bends, returns and curves where relevant. Approximate quantity. Veneer or colour reference. Delivery country.
Drawings and References
A drawing or sketch is the best starting point, and a photo of a sample you are matching also helps. Note the drawing revision so later changes are traceable. Mark the faces and edges that need veneer and any grain direction requirement.
Requirements and Documents
If your project has essential requirements, such as a document or classification your contract requires, include them at the start of the enquiry. This allows any limitation to be identified before quotation, rather than after it.
